I’m starting to get a little frustrated that I can’t seem to get a definite answer about when my order will be dispatched. Considering it is now release day and it was advertised as delivery expected on release date I’m starting to doubt this is the case 🙃
I've had nothing yet. Calling EE was useless. The guy just read what it said on the screen without engaging his brain first. "The handset will be delivered on day of release"...
OK, that's today and I've had no DPD notification and it still says my order is processing...
Seemingly the call centre have no idea even, let alone bothering to inform customers.
I just got off the phone to ee, as I have still got no dpd message, and ee said to me because I paid for my delivery I should get it today and won't get a delivery slot they will let me know an hour before it gets here?? She was positive I will get it today. But from reading all of the messages I'm not sure if she knows what she is talking about
I've still not had an update. I've been told by EE that there's a slim chance it's delivered today but will likely be tomorrow. What's the point of a pre-order? 🙄
I dont understand how ee is giving mixed messages, ee telling me it will be here today, and telling others it's a slim chance. Do you all pay for delivery or did you get free delivery?
@BrewBrew I'd be very surprised if you got it today. I suspect she just didn't have a clue what she was talking about and just reading off the screen like the guy I spoke to.
The best thing is to expect it tomorrow and anything sooner is a bonus!
