I’m starting to get a little frustrated that I can’t seem to get a definite answer about when my order will be dispatched. Considering it is now release day and it was advertised as delivery expected on release date I’m starting to doubt this is the case 🙃
I'm in the same boat! I called yesterday and they said they should be dispatched today or tomorrow... So why state that when you pre order it will be with you on the day of launch!
I don't think I'll bother pre ordering in future this is my first experience and its not great, updates would have been appreciated.
It's likely stock was expected late yesterday to be dispatched immediately, sadly most teams finish at that point so only this morning it's being learned of
I have just called EE again, they are saying that if we get dpd notification by 11am today then it should be with us today if not it should be by Friday.
They have asked for us to give them a couple of extra days due to the pandemic but they are in stock and being dispatched.
Just got off phone to EE. They've explained that it's unlikely to be delivered today. My phone isn't even with DPD yet. They say most likely will be tomorrow now. Frustrating as I thought I'd get it today on launch day.
When I have clicked on my tracking link it still says order confirmed and still hasn’t got a dispatched in 24 hours or dispatched or anything so I’m feeling a bit anxious to know if it’s coming today
Less annoyed by the delay itself than the lack of communication. If we were told of a delay it'd be different. I contacted support yesterday and was told "it should be launch day." Yet today people have said they don't have the stock. Perhaps an email to all those who pre-ordered would be helpful.
You would of hoped this being EE's forum they could at least provide an update confirming if they did receive stock and what is happening with deliveries

Like you, I'd rather they just told me it was delayed so I'm not expecting it. Poor communication from a company whose entire business revolves around it!
