After phone was stolen I was sent another SIM. Doesn't matter what phone I try theithe newinew SIM it's never registered on a network. The letter says I should be able to use it straight away.

I would suggest getting in touch with our Mobile Care team, they will be able to check the SIM card has been registered for you.
