Want to know where my urgrade is coming got told it was ment to be her 28th or 29th so havnt heared nothing still

Tyereke is now at work. I'm his dad (Darren) the main account holder, his upgrade was for Iphone se 2020 128gb black ....I phoned up lunch time after 32 mins a guy called Mark answered told him the problem and he put me on hold while he spoke to customer services, while I was on hold I got cut off....I'm now home and going to try and phone ee again...

Have you had any communication from DPD?
They will send you a text when your order is ready for delivery.

Dpd have not collected from ee, they are saying it not despatched.. This is on going last checked midday today.... EE stated last night it was still in the EE warehouse waiting for DPD to collect... This is on going since 28th November when EE stated it had been despatched... But obviously it has not.... EE now saying they can not do anything about a replacement until 7 days are up.... When all they have to do is speak to the warehouse and get the phone on the lorry....

Finally the phone is now despatched and is with dpd on route to our nearest depot for thursday delivery.....
