Hello,
I'm thinking about whether to retune my iPhone 12 Pro and it's only been nearly a week since I received it. Would EE accept my return if I've taken the cellophane wrap off the box and the protective paper off the front of the screen?
Thank You

@kieran_hathway You have a 14 day cooling of period from receiving the device. You’ll have to call customer services to inform them you don’t want it.

@kieran_hathway A cooling of period is a set length of time in which you can inform EE you don’t want the device, in this case you have 14 days from when you receive the device. After 14 days you can not say you don’t want it and the device/contract must be honoured until the minimum term date. Your minimum term data is 24 months from when you agreed to the contract.
if you’ve had the device for 7 days you only have 7 days left to inform EE you don’t want it. Don’t leave it till the last day though and do not damage the device is any way or EE will not take it back without you paying for it.

@kieran_hathway already ordered mine on 10/11 - enduring the long wait to get it delivered..
I moved away from apple for a while but am keen to get back (got a huawei mate 20 pro at the moment)

@kieran_hathway You do know that the 12 pro has a larger screen (6.1 inch) then the 7+ (5.5 inch) In fact so does the 12. The current iPhones with a smaller screen than the 7 plus is the current SE (4.7 inch) and and the 12 mini, the 12 mini is 5.4 inch.
