Hi, I upgraded my phone - pre ordered the 12 pro max yesterday, I haven’t had any confirmation email or text message, and my EE account is still sending me notifications to upgrade, I’ve already paid for the deposit and delivery fee for the phone, I’m assuming it may just take a few days because of high demand? What should I do, should I just wait until it comes?

Did you complete your upgrade through your My EE account online?

 

Have checked your email junk files for confirmation of the order?

 

If you haven't received an email or a call from our sales support team by tomorrow I would give our Customer Care team a call to check your order status.

No I did it over the phone, and no emails in the junk area, but I have paid for the deposit, just no emails at all. 

thanks though, will wait until tomorrow and then I’ll call Monday.
