Hello, I ordered a pay monthly sim about a week ago and it still hasn’t arrived to me and it said on the email that if it doesn’t arrive within a week to contact ee, I also tried tracking the SIM card with the tracking number I’ve been sent and the website it unable to find any details about where it is. I would really appreciate someone who can help me out with this, thank you.

@Summer890   SIM cards are sent out by Royal Mail.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
Yes I know that and I’ve had post from Royal Mail and still not received
the sim, I’ve also tried tracking it with Royal Mail and nothing comes up.

Yes I know that, I’ve had mail from them and the sim still hasn’t came and I’ve tried tracking it with Royal Mail and it’s not even coming up.

SIMs are sent out 2nd class with no tracking. You can either ask EE to send another, or if there's an EE Store near you, see if you can get an appointment to get a new one there, taking photo ID with you.

Okay thank you for your help.
