@Vb24214606 , what is your problem? You did not have to switch from BT to EE, is it broadband or mobile? We would need more information, but I doubt you have been forced to move from one to the other, certainly not for broadband.

I was led to believe by BT the whole service was switching to EE from BT &
I was never given a choice.
I was constantly contacted by EE telling me everything was wonderful & I
needed to do nothing!
I then later get emails telling me what I had to do as it had now switched
but I needed to do several things!
Just trying to navigate the system is a joke & I ended up speaking to
someone you will have a record of the phone call for 20 minutes speaking to
3 different people to be told switching back to BT would be a new 2 year
contract!!!!
Absolute rip off & I am disgusted with it!!!
I am aware your staff couldn’t care less so long as the money rolls in but
I believe the response was right but maybe not accurately bad enough!

@Vb24214606 , I am a customer like you, and here in the forum, there is no account access and we do not know who you are, even the staff in the forum do not have access to your account.

I asked you whether this was to do with broadband or mobile contract and you have failed to answer that question, also why is it a rip off? We may be able to help in some way if you give us more information.

Even difficult to respond to you through this stupid system!
It’s broadband.I was never told I had a choice guaranteed!
I was sold the idea as it’s the same company so why should I question it?
I don’t believe you are not an employee either in this rip off system!

@Vb24214606 ,EE and BT are two companies in their own right, but you did not need to change. You do have two weeks to change back, but if longer then no, as it would cost you.

It may help to let us know here, as someone may be able to help;.

If you are paying more, then what was your speed before and your speed now, as that can make a difference, that is what package were you on and what one are you on now?

What the hell as speed got to do with anything?
What has price got to do with anyt?
I didn’t expect the hassle with EE and was told several times in there
correspondence I need do nothing then start getting emails telling me how
good they were how fast the system was ( pity about the staff & systems)
but I was never informed I had a choice get it? I was never told my
contract would revert to a 2 year one?
I still do not believe you are not employed by them pretending your mr nice
guy!

You should have asked what you were getting by changing to EE, speed makes a difference, as prices can vary as well, the more speed you get the higher the price.
