If they aren't the problem what is?

How did you end up moving from BT to EE?

Take us through what happened and it might be easier to understand your complaint.

I ask because I am on BT broadband and have been considering switching to EE. I already have EE mobile and it make sense to put them together.

BT won't let me have one of the better deals it offers to new customers. But I can cut halve price if I go to EE. So I want to check out what might happen.

When it comes to customer service, I have found them both to be much of a muchness. They are fine until something goes wrong.

I still do not believe you are not employed by them pretending your mr nice
guy!

My experience is that the people here, and at BT's version, are just kind souls who want to help put. They don't work for BT or EE, but they do have ways of getting through to the "professionals". But they cannot do that if people don't tell them what is happening.

@Vb24214606 : All that but you haven't told us what service was switched from BT to EE.

Why would I ask the speed I am getting?

I never asked to move from BT I was informed I was being moved! Get it? No possibly not!
EE & BT are the same company and EE is possibly one of the worst companies regarding communication with customers.

Well it seems you came here to rant & not to get help, which I can't see you getting with your attitude.

So, carry on letting off steam .............

@Chris_B Worst off all it is in the terms and conditions that the OP has that BT can do as they please and at anytime they wish, so already signed up and primmed to go!

@Vb24214606  Obviously does not want help, so just wants to rant, as the `OP does not explain the problem, does not answer the questions we put.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
