We’ve launched brand new pay as you go packs. These are jam-packed with more minutes and data than ever before, making them even better value for our customers.

Our packs last for up to 30 days and pay as you go customers benefit from:

 

Name Allowance
£10 Pack 4GB data, 100 minutes, unlimited texts
£15 Pack 8GB data, unlimited mins, unlimited texts
£20 Pack 15GB data, unlimited minutes, unlimited texts
£25 Pack 30GB data, unlimited minutes, unlimited texts
£30 Pack 60GB data, unlimited minutes, unlimited texts

 

 

Talk focused packs

 

Name Allowance
£1 Talk Pack 10MB, 100 minutes, 200 texts
£10 Talk Pack 2GB, 400 minutes, unlimited texts

 

 

Can I renew my existing pack?


You can renew your existing pack, if you’d prefer, by continuing your agreed card payments or topping up the correct amount. You can do this if you’re within your 90 day repurchase period.


If your 90 day repurchase period has ended, you’ll be able to buy one of our new packs.

Hi,

ive bought a sim woth the 60 gb pack bit the pack wont activate at all

im desperately trying everyday to call text or browse to start the pack but nothing happens and the credit its 30£

can someone help me 

 I need that too, I saw an add £34 a month unlimited data max of 12 connected items, but it is not on the website??????

Where is the unlimited data pack for £34? ???

or the unlimited 5-day or 7-day unlimited deals at £1 a day???

I’ve got a £15 pack already but it only has 500 minutes and 5gb with many data boosts how can I change my minutes to unlimited and have 8gb data with my boosts

Can you try texting PACK30 to 150, does this activate the 60GB pack for you?

If I change packs for a better one with more data, do I keep my free boosts? 

Hi. Every time I texted BALANCE the reply was the same "your balance is 0.00".

I've ended up spending additional £10 on top up via debit card.

 

What is wrong with those packs? Why can't they be activated straight after activating the sim card purchased with it?

Hi my daughter is currently in the £10 pack with 1gig of data, 250minutes and unlimited txts. She's been on this for 3 yrs so accumulated 12boosts bringing her to 6.5gig data and 300mins plus unlimited txts for her £10. What I want to know is if we change to the new £10pack of 2gig data with 400minutes and unlimited txt will she lose her 12 extra boosts or will they be added on to be 7.5g data, 450 mins and unlimited txts.
