You can renew your existing pack, if you’d prefer, by continuing your agreed card payments or topping up the correct amount. You can do this if you’re within your 90 day repurchase period.

If your 90 day repurchase period has ended, you’ll be able to buy one of our new packs.
You can find out more about how our pay as you go packs work on our Help pages.

Hi @maclennan1

You too.

Please do not hesitate to let us know if you have any further questions.

Katie 🙂

No more problems, unless you can solve Vodafone issues, that's my next"fight"

Thanks for everything.

So EE am I right to say after 7 years in which I have built my boosts up to 10gb every 30 days, I now will only receive 4gb for the same price?

If so then this is my last top up. I get it’s great for new customers, but shockingly poor for old ones!

Hi, I bought one of these packs with anew PAYG phone for work. It didn't recognise the £10 credit I paid for with the phone. I have had to use separate payment on debit card to activate my account. So what about the £10 credit I paid for initially?

Good Afternoon @Vicfro

Thanks for coming to the community.

Has the initial £10 left your account?

Speak soon,

Katie 🙂

Hi Katie, I bought the initial £10 pack with the phone so total cost was £89.99 as phone £79.99 plus £10. When I tried to activate it I couldn't do anything and just kept getting balance 0. That's when I used my debit card to top up £10 as I needed to use phone immediately. Debit payment has definitely been activated.

Thanks for confirming this @Vicfro

I would love to see if I can help further.

I have sent you a private message for more information.

Hi. I've purchased brand new Huawei P Smart 2019 with £10 4GB Data pack yesterday and I have no idea how to top this up??? There's no instruction or anything anywhere how to use this pack. Have I paid £10 for nothing? I'm sorry, but This is really annoying.
