New pay as you sim with Pack problem

Hi
I just buy a new "Pay as you go" sim with a 10Pound Pack from EE Website. I put the sim in my iPhone and Sign up in the App. I've verified my Email and registered too. There is an EE sign on my phone and the Network tree sign (The sign shows on top of the phone) is 3 out of 4.
I see my 10 Pound Pack on Packs tab on the app (and web) But I can't make a call or send text message.
It's written "To activate this pack, simply call, text or browse", But I can't make a call or text anyone. I've tested the Data. It works, but seems it's a part of 50MB free data. My Credit is still 0.00 and I can't make call and send text.

I'm in the UK and I tried to call and text Valid numbers.

Hi @ebpayam ,

After first connecting to EE's network, have you restarted the device?

Did you pay £10 for this SIM or was it free? If it was free, you need to top it up with at least £10 1st.

What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?

Not exactly after the first connection But after a while yes.

The sim was free and i paid 10£ for top it up. (I mean to buy a pack)
I sent “Al” to 150 and it also said my balance is 0.00

but I can see my package in my profile.

It says more, I asked for it fully but you're not telling me. So can't help you.

"Your current balance as of today is 0.00. For more info on your pack, add-ons or free boosts, go to MyEE.
For info on your other text service reply HELP or go to ee.co.uk/textservives"

That's all.

You don't have a pack. You should call CS to complain that your £10 top-up hasn't bought the pack that your SIM is primed with.
