What's going on with this website that doesn't allow login since yesterday???? Trying to register a new card and ask for my number portability and the system says no... What a nice start 😞

Have you tried an incognito tab or InPrivate tab?

 

It doesn't seem that you are looking to port a number from another network provider to EE?

Hi @Guifutre ,

 

It seems to be an issue with the website that you cannot login. Typically switching to another device or browser may help. If you are locked out for a valid reason, it would then make sense to contact EE to look at your online account.
