No matter which Option you choose 

You can't get to speak to anyone! I need May 2021 bill to prove I called a contractor and he called me! Try talking to someone is impossible and it's not due to time of year, this has been going on for months HELP NEEDED ASAP

I have called and called 

You can't get to speak to anyone , it just tells you, all answers are online. The app isn't working today. Am going mad trying to get hold of someone to no avail

Hi @Eleanor-53 ,

 

Typically, itemized bills would be setup for future bills so it's unlikely you could get that data as far back as May 2021 unless the circumstances are exceptional and you call EE during their office hours to discuss.

 

If you are a pay monthly customer, you may wish to consider an online chat if phone lines are exceptionally busy
