Good Morning,
ive ordered an upgrade, confirmation sent on the 27th November and then nothing.
My tracking order number is 12 digits not 10, so I can’t seem to track the order online.
I just want to know my order is being processed and the phone will arrive before Xmas!

If tracking isn't working then you need to call EE CS on 150.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

You can use your 12 digit tracking number with your email address on the online order tracker.
You can check the current stock availability of the phone you ordered on the EE Shop by selecting the phone make, model and variant.
