Hi @sfalcomer
Welcome to the EE Community,
The IPhone SE 2020 is compatible you can request a esim via one of the following ways you can pop into any EE store with photographic ID & they will be able to give you one for free or you can request one by clicking here for a charge of £1.50
your monthly plan charge will remain the same.
Thanks,
David.

@sfalcomer Where did you buy your iPhone from? You will need a SIM unlocked iPhone or have bought it from EE so it will be locked to EE to put an EE eSIM in it.
If you bought it from EE, then the physical SIM slot can only be used for an EE SIM as well, until you've had it 6 months and pay for it to be unlocked.
