SIM card not arriving

I have ordered a SIM card last Thursday and have received an email confirmation of this stating it will arrive in 2-3 working days with Royal Mail - however it has now been 4 working days and the SIM card has still not arrived.

 

I have had no dispatch text as it says that I should get, no other communication from EE and I can't track my order on the online tracker. I also won't be able to phone EE as my contract is ending today. 

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you.

Welcome to the community.

 

If you need to speak to our Mobile Care team about your contract anyway, it may be worth getting them to check your SIM order.
