Upgrade online and The order has not arrived

Hi i made an upgrade on The 4th of december and i did recieve a message with an order number. My question is where exactly is my order and when Will IT arrive.

have you tried tracking your order HERE ?

 

If you are unable to check your order status via the tracker if you call customer services on 150 from your EE device a customer service advisor will be happy to assist you 🙂
