I have a subscription for which I pay £ 31 a month to be able to talk in Romania. For almost 2 weeks there are many friends who can't call me, they being in Romania. I have been struggling for almost 2 hours to find a contact method on your site to communicate by email. If we don't solve the problems together ...... There are a lot of other telephone networks that can't wait to have me as a client.

There is no email to contact EE, you will have to call them tomorrow, it is free in the UK, by ringing 150 on your phone.
Are you in this country or in Romania?
Also, if you log-into your account via the web or via the EE App, if someone is available, this depends how busy they are, live chat will come up, but this is only available as from the morning until evening as well.

Apologies, but I'm not entirely clear what your issue is.
Are you saying you are in Romania but can't make or receive calls? If so, is your phone displaying signal bars of a local network?
