Hi,
HELP!
Does anyone know if I am able to overpay/credit my account?….
….to either reduce my monthly bill overall or for money to come out of the credited EE account.
thanks!

@Morag66666666 If you overpay each month the surplus over payment will remain on your account and go towards your next bill EE will never try to take more than what your bill is and you can not pay more to reduce the bill in the long term.
It’s a fixed payment per month excluding out of allowance charges.

I hope you're well and having a nice day, are you up to much.
You can make a payment to your account via your My EE account, or you can give us a call on 150 from your EE mobile.
Thanks
Chris
