When I try to log into ee perks it says my account has been deactivated- when I try to re-register is says my email is already in use. . . . I now no longer am getting the discount on my contract 😫

You will need to call EE CS on 150 about this issue.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

My EE pirks account has been de activated anyone else found this and had it sorted.
"Your account has been deactivated as your registration was not completed within the allowed time frame."
Can't re register as it still has my last details.

I am also having the same issue, I registered a while ago but didn't complete the registration because I wasn't eligible for an upgrade at the time. I have just upgraded today to a new contract and they told me that the discount can still be applied I just need to ring them once my phone arrives. I have since tried to log into the perks website, forgot password so requested a reset but now it says the account has been deactivated due to not completing registration on time.
Please can you reset my account?
