I’ve topped up my dads PAYG (from his phone using a debit card). The money has been taken from my account but he’s still got no credit

I have same problem, I bought a payg sim 09/07/21. I did top up with 5Ł from my three number I didn't know how the 5Ł is not enough for the internet so I tried to buy more credit, 2x 10Ł taken from my b.account but has no show up on the EE account, I did restart, reset settings and factory reset. Still nothing, I fight with your system 2hours minimum 😕 The captcha not appeared on the firefox.. after your webpage, didn't accept my bank card "lloyds debit". After how I filled up the form, card number, address etc. I clicked on the Pay button and the message followed on the top how "Something went wrong" I just would like to know how on my area which provider have better coverage, internet speed 4G/5G three or ee. At the moment at least my three is working with no issue.Here is the two screenshot one is from my b.account the other is from the EE account.

Good morning! Still pending the 2x 10Ł on my bank account which is strange, because my first top up the 5Ł is pending as well but that is reachable on my EE credit. The phonecall is working.
