Any time upgrade unless you spend a fortune

I'm so annoyed with EE... I'm almost certainly leaving in a few months.

I want to upgrade anytime to a Samsung s21 ultra... but I can't because I spend £100 a month, in fact my monthly bill is £250.

I'm told o can't upgrade because EE don't done any contracts that match my current cost.. and because their less I can't get a new device.

Why did you sell my £100 pound contract as a anytime upgrade... because its not.

So angry.

Hi @Alpeters,

Welcome back to the EE Community. 🙂

Was it just that particular phone you couldn't upgrade to due to the plan costs?

Hi,

I have the option to upgrade to one phone.

The iPhone 12 max Pro.

I don't use apple, I'm told the Samsung is a £3 or £4 less hence not being able to upgrade!

I am annoyed beyond belief.

Penalised for spending money with ee.

Hi @Alpeters

The best thing to do is have a chat with out upgrade team so they can see what can be done about this.

Thanks

Chris

@Alpeters .. why don't you just wait until your contract ends then you can change/upgrade to whatever you like?  If you're eligible for anytime upgrade then presumably it's less than 45 days to wait.

I'm just at the 12 month period...
