Hi,
My account has been suspended due to overdue bills. I want to pay the bills but I am unable to access the payment page both on my phone app as well as using the EE website.
I am currently not in the UK and wasn't able to keep up with the payments due to my bank account not having enough funds lately.
Assistance would be appreciated as I am looking to pay my bills ASAP

Whenever I click make a payment via app or website I always get directed to an error page. I've attached a screenshot of it below.
I can’t even see my due bills anymore. Is this due to my account being suspended?

@kilyasaa It may well be because of the suspension.
The best thing to do is have a chat with our customer care team. You can ring them from outside the UK on +44 7953966250.
