Account Suspended

Hi,

 

My account has been suspended due to overdue bills. I want to pay the bills but I am unable to access the payment page both on my phone app as well as using the EE website.

 

I am currently not in the UK and wasn't able to keep up with the payments due to my bank account not having enough funds lately.

 

Assistance would be appreciated as I am looking to pay my bills ASAP

Hi,

 

I have overdue bills of around 6 months. I want to pay but am unable to as my account has been suspended.

 

I am currently not in the UK for the near future.

 

Is there any way for me to be able to pay as I'm unable to access the payment page on both my EE app and the website.

Is there a way for to check total amount I need to pay?

 

As of now, I am unable to see it in the app or website.

Whenever I click make a payment via app or website I always get directed to an error page. I've attached a screenshot of it below.

 

I can’t even see my due bills anymore. Is this due to my account being suspended?

@kilyasaa It may well be because of the suspension.
