As I am due an upgrade, I have been online and chosen the phone and plan I'd like to upgrade to. I have been given a F&F code by a family member but advised by him it will only work online. I have gone through the options to complete my order online, however, it doesn't give me an option anywhere to apply my discount code, as a result, I didn't complete my order. Can anyone help advise where or how I can utilise the F&F code for my current upgrade? Thank you

I see a 4-stage process: Add-ons, Extras, Checkout, and Confirm.
On the Extras tab, do you see a section you can expand called "Got a gift voucher?" by clicking "+"?

When I try apply a discount code voucher the box is greyed out. It won't allow me to enter a code.

Assuming you're not on a VPN or using your work machine, the usual advice for this is to try a different browser, try an incognito window, try different DNS, try a different machine.
Give that a go and hopefully it'll work for you!
