Wrong phone sent

Sent me the wrong phone, person on phone said I will have to send back and have ANOTHER credit check!! I DO NOT want this, what do I do?? All I want is the correct phone.

Also I'm being charged £79 per month for a brand new phone yet the one I've been sent is a good as new. GAN.

My order was for brand new not good as new.
