Hello there! It's introduction time.
We'd like you to meet our amazing team of EE Staff who work super hard to make the EE Community a great place to visit. Not to be confused with our excellent team of Community Stars - our most trusted, knowledgeable and dedicated members, here to share their expertise with you and help find solutions.
Community Support Team
The EE Community Support Team keep a watchful eye on the community, stepping in when Community Stars and others need a helping hand to find the right official information from EE. If a situation means EE needs personal details from you, they’ll connect you to a private place to get support from our Customer Service team.
- @Alex_S is a longstanding employee with EE with over 10 years experience managing teams in billing and technical support. She joined the Community as the Team Manager in December 2017. Alex is a history geek at heart and loves to visit castles and stately homes with her National Trust card. When the seasons aren't so favourable, she loves to sew homemade quilts.
-
@James_B has over 15 years experience in the telecoms industry and loves to keep up to date with the latest technologies. A passionate Android user, he's always on hand to give tips on the latest devices. Outside of work, James has a real passion for music, sports and film.
-
@Leanne_T is another longstanding EE employee with over 13 years experience from billing to tech and loves the community! She loves animals and her cat is number one in her home (don't tell her partner) even if her cat is more feral than loving at times. If Leanne is not working on the community she loves socialising with friends and finding new places to eat and if you ever come into the office she will always have a selection of sweets on her desk 🙂 . Leanne is a huge Britney Spears fan and her dream is to travel to America and to Louisiana, Alabama and Nashville in an old Cadillac. One day she will get there... until then you will find her around the community.
- @Christopher_G knows a little something about everything. A sports fan who likes running, fair weather golfing and spending time with family. He's a huge fan of true crime podcasts and documentaries as well as non-fiction audiobooks.
-
@Jon_K has been an EE employee for 5 years mainly working in tech support. He is one of our newer members of the team but is always willing to help. Jon is an iPhone user and likes to spend free time socialising with friends (usually in the pub). He's a fan of anything sporty and is always willing to try anything. Jon loves watching football and often wishes he was on the pitch himself.
- @Katie_B has worked in a number of a departments at EE and has been with the business for 3 years. Katie has spent most of her time in customer services for both mobile and home broadband. In her spare time Katie enjoys spending time with her 3 nieces and having spontaneous nights out with her friends. She really makes the most of Fridays in work and if anyone is ever fancying a take-out lunch it's guaranteed that Katie is already onto it.
- @Christopher_B is our newest member of the team, he has been with the company for almost eight years and has been in various different roles in the that time. He loves movies (horror mostly), live music, football (watching) and playing rugby. He also loves travelling and soaking up the culture, food and coffee on offer.
Community Management Team
It’s up to us to keep the community an interesting place to be. We work closely with our Community Stars, listening closely to their guidance on what our customers would like to read, learn and do more of in the community. And we keep the community website in good working order.
Moderators
The “mods” keep the community safe and friendly by upholding our community etiquette and guidelines. It takes a village to raise a child, as they say - so please report any suspect or negative behaviour to one of moderators by tapping the cog icon beneath a post and selecting ‘Report Inappropriate Content’. It looks like this:
The images the EE Community Team use in our profiles are made using the Bitmoji app.
