Install Google Chrome from the play store and use that rather than the stock Android browser as that was a bug.
You can also try:
- Making sure the security policy/certificate is updated
- The OS is updated
- Any Samsung apps are updated via forget Samsung store in your phone's (not play)
- You have the correct Internet settings.

I am also having the same issue. It started when I upgraded my current EE plan. Please help. No point of me staying with EE if my 4G doesn't work.
Please let me how to fix this?
