Restricted Service

I work from home and have been provided with an NEC Softphone on a laptop to connect with the office phone system.  This uses a Cisco Anyconnect Secure Mobility Client but I am find more and the VPN connection drops out and I keep getting a message that says The Service Provider in your current location is restricting access to the internet.  You need to log on with the service.

Why am I seeing this message please as my broadband is not restricted that I am aware of and I only get FTTC here anyway.

Have you checked with your work IT support team?

As it is an NEC managed phone service and the message indicate that my ip provider is restricting access i have not as they would not be able to help

it seems that EE are restricting the VPN but Cannot seem to get any help from EE on any VPN issues.
