Watch for wife and daughter

Hi everyone,

I am looking to get my wife and daughter an apple watch each, however they are with 3 mobile - If i get the watch through my EE contract and get them a family plan each- will they still get calls and messages from their 3 number ? 

I see something about a £7 a month contract for cellular which i don't mind, however need to know if they can sync it with their own iPhones ? confused.com!!

they would both need to be on EE for it to work.

Thank you, I know of thought that - will just buy one form the apple store instead
