How can I change my new order/ contract with EE

When did you place the order?

Has it been dispatched yet?

How long have you had it if you have received it?

I placed the order on Monday 12th April, have received sim cards(it is the phone part I want to get rid of) but nothing else yet.

You need to call EE to cancel this then but if you send phone back it cancels the contract with it so the aim will be deactivated

I can’t find an email or phone number only suggested options to discuss, none of which are relevant!
