Free Beats Flex Earphones when delivered/supplied?

Upgraded to sim only 200gb £25 which had the offer of the Free Beats Flex Earphones

Had switched to this contract over a week ago and have realised not heard anything further about the free earphones and unable to get in contact via live chat as keeps auto going we're unable to help with your enquiry

The Beats Flex Earphones are sent out automatically 15-30 days after receiving your SIM.

Hi,

 

Was wondering if there was further confirmation of this

As is more than 30 days since I made the upgrade - also to clarify was not delivered a new sim, existing sim was updated with the new plan

Not yet received anything further on the beats flex earphones

I took out a SIM only contract on Dec 4th 2020 and was told that I would receive the Beat Flex earphones in around 6 weeks.  It is now 10 weeks and I have received nothing

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received them yet. I'd recommend following @James_B's advice above and speak to our Mobile Care team who can look into this for you.

I tried contacting them and got told would get call back....which hasn't happened.

Also took numerous attempts to get through to speak to anyone

When did you speak to our customer service team?

Attempted on the 19th Jan - had no success

Attempted on 20th - managed to get through on Live chat to Aank who then transferred me to Jasmeet who then said this was escalated to bankhand team to contact within 3 days

 

More than 3 days passed and nothing. Attempted to contact through same channels as before on 27th Jan and 2nd Feb but no success in speaking to anyone

Have now also put details under the complaint section so hoping this gets noticed somewhere that side as well
