Hello EE community 1 month a go I purchased a plan and it came on offer with the free beats flex it has passed 35 days and I haven't received anything not even an message or email.
Can someone please advise ?

Welcome to the EE Community,
here on the community there isn't any account access if you call customer services on 150 they will be able to look into your account and see why you haven't received your beats yet.
