I’ve had a message saying my order for Beats flex wireless earphones is being processed. I have not ordered these. I contacted EE and whilst they were looking into it the call disconnected. I have now had a message saying my order has been dispatched and I can track it with DPD.
I have recently upgraded to a sim only contract.
Am I being charged for these?

Hi @Jessica0910
Thanks for coming to the community.
When did you upgrade to the SIM Only plan?
Is the plan £25.00 or over per month?
Thanks 🙂
Leanne.

Thank you for this information. I was about to contact EE because I have just received the same SMS and had just upgraded to a SIM Plan last weekend.
Cheers!
