Resolved! online chat help

I am stuck overseas working and I'm having trouble getting through to chat about an account upgrade issue. Calling from overseas is quite expensive and I can't get through to anyone on online chat. Can anyone from the EE upgrade team help?

Moving number

Does anyone know if I can move my number from another mobile operator when I`m already using my EE sim ( Dual sim with other operator but I want to dump that one)

Galaxy Watch 4 (LTE / 4G feature not what it seems)

FYI The LTE/4G feature of this watch requires an additional data plan (at cost) and also a Samsung phone. It won't work with other Android phones such as Pixel and existing data plans. Disappointed as LTE/4G is a really good reason to get this watch.

Reserve data morning signal block

I'm on reserve data, for the past 3 mornings signal has been blocked from 8am onwards unless i venture a certain distance away from home. It not only affects mobile internet, but calls and texts too. Why is this happening.
