Does anyone know if I can move my number from another mobile operator when I`m already using my EE sim ( Dual sim with other operator but I want to dump that one)
Yes, you can port a nuimber from another operator onto your existing EE account by getting a PAC from your other provider and giving that to EE. The use of the PAC will also serve to cancel your other contract if necessary.
