I’ve followed the process of activating BT sport and it said I would receive and activation email within 24hrs. When I try to log onto bt sport app it comes up with the following error. I haven’t received any activation email or text.
“We're unable to find an active BT Sport subscription on this account. Please check our help pages for details on how to get access: bt.com/help/id003 (ID003)”
