When I try and set up a recurring payment option on my PAYG account, my account does not show the recurring payment option on my account. I can do a one off top up, but not set up the recurring payment option as it does not show as an option. Has anybody else had the same problem? I would be grateful for any advice. Thanks.

Perhaps the reoccurring payments are only for the newer released packs, and not for the historical/legacy packs?
Instead of through the EE website customer portal. If you have the MyEE app, you could try setting a reoccurring pack that way? There might be a button within the top-up/payment dashboard.

As you can see my SIM is on an old pack & it still offers me card payments. When you click on that it says if you pay for your packs with recurring card payments you'll get 10% off.
