Hello,

Where can I get information about broadband outage locally please?

It's rare that there would be a local boadband outage but not impossible, many times it could be due to a specic issue with your line.

 

That said I can check with Openreach in the morning if you post your exchange area.

If it is a neighbourhood issue, you could consult BT Service Status to see if any faults are being attended to in your local area.
