ive got the same problem. i ordered a sim and payment was deducted from my bank account but no order reference number😠

@zareth  Have you checked your spam folder?

yeah i did.. nothing in there. i hope i will receive it or any confirmation in a way somehow as I already paid for it

If you still don't have a confirmation email I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team.

 

They will be able to access your account and check for your order number.
