4GEE home Mobile broadband Router Help

Hi,

 

Just upgraded to this new EE router can connect to the normal wifi with it, but cant log into the 5ghz wifi just keeps coming up saying wrong password, even though its the one on the back of the router tried on phone and on laptop.  Thought would just log into router via 192. etc. but password doesnt work there either, read other notes on this and tried "admin" but again no luck tried with both phone and laptop. 

 

Any help greatly appreciated, kinda annoying just got this and already having issues with it .

If you have all the passwords then reset it via the reset button and it will revert to the default passwords.

Thanks for the response, just done that,  same issues, still comes up with incorrect key for 5ghz login  and when trying to get admin access. same thing tried admin and the password on back of box

There was a weird bit saying web ui and then password used that and done the trick
