I ordered the iPhone 11 online and chose the red one as I was imformed by the ee rep on the phone that I would receive it the quickest, 5-7days, I had informed him that my own phone was failing fast hence needing one ASAP. Now when I track my order placed on the 3rd is estimated to arrive 14th-19th, me thinks BS is being told, one cancellation coming up, can't wait that long!!!!

I have checked and can see the current guidance for this device is that the phone is available to order and to expect despatch within 14 days from your order date.
