Not received extras in upgrade

I never received a case and protective cover when I upgraded as promised

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team about this.

 

They will be able to access your account and help you further.

All sorted thanks for the help, it was caused by my Address not being updated when I upgraded. 
So my new phone was delivered to my work place as requested and the welcome pack was sent to my old address where I hadn’t lived for 2 years. 
So a mixture of my fault for not updating a change of address and EE for not confirming my address when upgrading.
