Calls in Singapore

Hi EE community,I am supposed to be able to use my UK allowance in Singapore, data is working well but I have not been able to make any UK calls or local calls and I use the +44 and +65 prefixes but no luck.thanks in advance for any help

Extra charge????

I've had notification of a pending payment of £32.47  to EE broadband Hatfield GB. I don't know what this is for as all bills are paid by DD & paid in full on time. I've looked online & can see nothing. Can anyone help please?? TIA.
