I was sent the wrong phone - it was meant to be 128gb iPhone 12 but it was 64gb. How long is the process to getting the correct iPhone sent out that was agreed upon when signing for my new upgrade?

@shanim91 you need to call customer services as you need to explain to them its the wrong device and then once the device been returned and your your account has been reverted back to its old tariff you’ll be able to upgrade again. This could take around 7-10 days.
