Disgusting Price Increase!

I've just had the email that you are now cashing in on the cost of living crisis by smashing a massive 14.4 % increase on my bill.

Its absolutely disgusting, at a time when people are struggling to eat and heat their homes you decide to hit us with that ridiculous increase, not just a few % you up it by 14.4%

Its sick and I'll never be using EE again when this contract ends, I'll also be going out of my way to warn other people from using you, there's absolutely no justification in a hike like that, its pure greed and you should be ashamed.

You're a disgrace!

EE is no 1 from last 9 years without 14.4% rise , this year it will be world’s no 1 after 15% extra money…

I'll definately be looking at Giffgaff when I'm out of this prison sentence, theyve been really smart. Even if they came out and said we simply cant freeze prices but we are only putting them up x to cover our increases that would still be amazing but they've actual frozen them full stop, which means they will take a hit this year.

EE wont take any hits, they have one goal in mind, to beat last years profits, thats the single most important thing to them. Not customer retention, forward thinking, improving the infrastructure, its profit profit profit, bonuses, bonuses, bonuses and I really hope its a decision they end up regretting massively.

Iv been with EE along time. And I think it’s absolutely disgusting that you are putting your prices up by 14%. You are  the most expensive network Iv actually known.

  • Following an attractive bait on the end of the fishing line, your customers swallowed it anyway, and then, with the understanding that we can make a raise, it is nothing but your loss of prestige that you are after an unfair gain by suggesting the articles of a contract that does not even exist on my side, even in marriages, you can legally share in a sharing after the contract is signed. While you may be found, it is synonymous with an attempt to rape your customer and unlawful to request an excessive payment without ever signing a written contract with you.

Hi @Bubs21

As usage across our networks continues to increase, and with our customers relying on us for connectivity more than ever before, it's crucial that we continue to invest in our networks, services and the latest technology.

Many providers will change their prices at any time during a customers' contract with them. We have been upfront about our price changes when customers agree to their contracts and we are using CPI as a measure for these increases.

Katie,

Ifs that’s true and the reason for the hike is because you are investing then I’d expect your profits to be considerably lower this year, which would be right and you pump the money back in.

If profits are through the roof and higher than last year then everything you have said it’s a complete lie and the hike was purely to fill the pockets of the people at the top.

I know I’ll be watching eagerly for the answer, although we all already know

Hi, May i know is there anyone get increase 14.4% from 31st of march onwards?
