I took out an annual upgrade plan last year having switched to EE owing to the EE Perks discount and was hoping for the iPhone 12 Pro Max as an upgrade. If my daughters experience is anything to go by though this may be problematic as she was unable to go from her phone (256mb) to the 12 Pro (256mb) as the plan has gone down £2 and only option was to go to 512Mb - what does that leave us who are on 512mb already?!
Main question though is can you continue to use EE Perks with the upgrade as I can see the following within the T&C's: "Offer is not available with any Pay Monthly plan with a PERK or a student discount.". Confusing as you can login through EE Perks web site and see upgrade options but they are limited.
Confused...!
