Maybe I am being a bit impatient.  I ordered my new phone on Friday and I am working from home this week and cannot get an update as to what is happening.  The phone I ordered was in stock too.  I asked if I could have it delivered to my local store and was told no.  I wish I had gone in store now instead.

Did you order your new phone on the EE online shop, or did you speak to our sales team on the phone?

 

Can you let me know which phone you ordered with the colour and size variant and I can check the stock levels and estimated delivery.

 

Have you received and email with your 12 digit order reference number starting in XKN? You can use this to track your order online.

All sorted, about an our  after I sent message to forum, I got confirmation of delivery.  Phone arrived this morning.  But sadly the phone has a scuff mark on the bottom.  it does not affect the phone, but slightly annoyed as its brand new and it arrived this way
