I have ordered an upgrade but it never arrived, the patcel driver returned my item to ee. Can i have my phone back?

Welcome to the EE Community,

if they have sent it back it would go back to the warehouse then once scanned back in & your reverted back to your previous contract you will then need to upgrade again.
