I have upgraded my phone on the ee app and received a confirmation email however when I sign in to the app there is no record of the upgrade. I received another email telling me to ring up 08000790531 to confirm some details but there is no answer. I am so confused as I have completed the order and have had order confirmation. I have tried calling 150 but they said to just come to the online support team.
